Finn Projects develops and delivers customized training workshops. Aimed at client groups from finance to custodial staff, our objective is to raise awareness of the organizational, behavioral and technological factors affecting energy and water consumption in buildings. We do this in an informal but highly focused discussion/question/answer session at a location convenient to our client. Half- or full-day sessions are designed in consultation with our client: we agree on a clear set of training objectives for a specific employee group before we create the program.
